Refund policy
We accept returns only if the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items with perfume, stains, or makeup marks will not be accepted.
All products purchased during sales, discount promotions, or clearance sales are considered final sale and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
To initiate a return, please email us at houseofopal.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return. An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged product claims. Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Size exchanges are permitted once per order, depending on product availability.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos along with an unboxing video. Requests without unboxing proof will not be considered.
