Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or rerouted. Delays caused by courier or logistics partners are beyond our control.

We work with third-party shipping providers, and once the parcel is handed over, the responsibility for delivery lies with them. We are not liable for delays, transit damage, or delivery failures caused by the courier.
